Personality:
Like her father, Mirien is a very serene person most of the time. She was always a calm and content child. Also, despite the conflict between the two races, the girl is proud of both her Sin'dorei and Kaldorei lineage. She also shares her mother's love of animals and grew up surrounded by them. However, as she is still very young, she is prone to fits of impulsiveness when under a great deal of distress. It's these fits that get her into the most trouble. She is also usually very forgiving of slights to herself, though if any bring insult or injury to her family, she tends to hold grudges in that respect.

Background:
In a future that has yet to be written about fifty years from now (( very strongly assumed to be an alternate timeline/parallel universe altogether )), a young holy priestess by the name of Mirien was born to Convocate Sevilae Dargath and Sorceress Suuri Dawnherald. Though she visibly appears to look like a normal Sin'dorei, she does have kaldorei blood in her veins from her mother's side.

Though she was raised primarily in Quel'thalas, the child was actually born in the faction-neutral Moonglade because Suuri was nervous about what the child would look like when born. Would she look like a blood elf or a night elf? When she was born with black hair, pale skin, and luminous green eyes, it was decided that she would be raised in Quel'thalas. Mirien has the distinction of growing up in a future time period of peace within Quel'Thalas and Silvermoon which came from the eventual revelation that the Sunwell was not completely destroyed and that the energies of which still lived within the world as the Avatar Anveena. (( see Sunwell Trilogy manga and Chapter 6 of History of the Blood Elves )) Raised with strong, unshakable faith in the Light (Sunwell) and in Elune from her mother, Mirien grew up practically earmarked for the priesthood, her healing abilities as a priestess evident from a very young age.

Unfortunately, the poor child suffered a crushing loss shortly after her twenty-fifth birthday. Due to circumstances beyond her control, her mother was killed and her soul stolen by an unknown warlock. Because of her youth and inexperience, Mirien was ordered by her father and everyone who cared about her to remain back in the safety of Quel'Thalas and concentrate on her studies while they went searching for Suuri's murderer. The adults believe that if they could free Suuri's spirit from the soul shard it was captured into, there was a chance that the spirit healer or a priest could revive her.

However, one night a stranger came to Mirien when she was all alone and offered her a chance to save her mother's life before it was even lost. This stranger, though he looked like a blood elf, said he was a member of the Infinite Dragonflight, with the ability to send people back in time to change the past and make things better. He promised the grieving girl that he would send her back to a day before her mother was killed. That way, she could warn Suuri of the threat to her life and prevent it from happening at all. Though she was suspicious of this stranger and his reasons for helping her, the temptation of saving her mother's life was too great for her to resist and drowned out her misgivings. Mirien followed the stranger to the Caverns of Time and once inside he managed to open up a portal to the past. However, at the last instance, the girl's instincts screamed at her, and she realized that something was wrong. Guards of the Bronze Dragonflight were rushing to stop them, and the stranger had taken his true form, terrifying the girl. Before she could react, though, the stranger shoved her into the portal and closed it immediately.

When Mirien woke up and did some exploring, as well as meeting a few close family members, she was horrified to learn that while she was in Quel'Thalas, the stranger had lied to her. Instead of sending her back to a day before her mother was killed, he'd sent her back an undetermined number of decades to the time when the Sin'dorei first joined with the Horde. Mirien hadn't been born yet... She wasn't certain if her parents had even met yet.

So now Mirien walks in Quel'thalas, trying to find a way back home. She knows she's not strong enough to survive a trip back to the Caverns of Time on her own, so she has made the decision to continue her priestess training.

Eventually she met both her parents and certain individuals who learned the truth about where Miri comes from. However, when others beyond her close circle of family and friends meet her and learn of whose child she is, they assume that she was the product of some quiet affair between her parents a number of years ago and that she was raised by her mother outside the city, since none can remember ever seeing her as a child in Silvermoon or around her father.

With her father's recent resignation from the Convocation, along with other events which have happened since her arrival, Mirien is quietly becoming more and more concerned about the future of her own timeline. Though her parents are firmly in love with one another, their lives have started going towards different paths than what Mirien grew up knowing.
